Currently 7 people work on a full working day at WCIF and about 15 collaborators work part time. The organization’s board of trustees comprises of 5 people with professional experience in the business sector as well in the non-governmental sector. Since its establishment until the present day WCIF makes purposeful efforts for development of its team capacity. The organization’s members increase their qualification all the time by participation in different trainings for professional development in the organization’s field of work. WCIF works with the active support of 25 volunteers.
