The book looks at the practical experience that a number of organizations in different country have acquired in the area of Roma communities everywhere in Central and Eastern Europe. It points the direction in which the answers could be managed: the necessity to work closely with the majority and the local institutions, self-organizing as being first step to success for the Roman communities, and also small feasible projects start successful actions.
