This publication intends to build on existing work undertaken in the field of ethnicity and disability. It examines the current context of service development, the key issues involved, describes the main approaches to service development and provide a list of contacts for those wishing to develope services or find out about how to do so. The book highlights the types of self help and service provision that have been developed with or by black and ethnic minority people with a disability.
