The project views the entire CWR (Child Welfare Reform) project as a program in which important lessons can be learned, strategies and best practices can be exchanged and shared. The success of it depends on the effective collaboration and coordination between donors, stakeholders and beneficiaries. It discusses over the problems of different groups of children: street children, Roma children, children with disabilities and other children at risk.
