The book is result of the work and philosophy of Romanian Association for Community Development, which aim is to contribute to the building of a strong civil society by working with poor and disadvantaged communities in Eastern Europe. For this purpose the book contains community facilitation program in communities, cultural community development program, community development in schools training center and a list of finansial support.
