The purpose of this report is to compile a "catalogue" of the systems used in the private, public and voluntary sectors to measure or define quality and standards, whether of processes and/or service delivery. The aim is to provide brief factual descriptions of each model or system, including their parent body, purpose, main characteristics and process. In addition to such basic data, references to relevant literature and case studies are also included.
